For O-Lir and Lightbringer
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Whaley Computer Repair LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the O-Lir and Lightbringer Discord bots (collectively, the "Bots").
O-Lir is used to manage tournament structure, entrants, standings, and bracket state. Lightbringer is used to manage match scheduling, live match status, broadcast coordination, restream links, and race-room access.
By using either Bot, or by interacting with a Discord server in which either Bot is installed and enabled, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

The available interfaces may display tournament names, entrant information, standings, bracket data, match status, scheduling details, and broadcast or race-room links.

This may include entrant names, standings, match listings, bracket pairings, scheduled times, broadcast links, and race-room links where those features are enabled. The interfaces reflected in your materials explicitly surface those types of records.
