1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the O-Lir and Lightbringer Discord bots and any related dashboards, interfaces, or services, including the web dashboard hosted at mpr.servegame.com (collectively, the "Services").

By inviting, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

O-Lir provides tournament management functions, including tournament structure, entrants, standings, and bracket state. Lightbringer provides match operations functions, including scheduling, live status, broadcast coordination, restream links, and race-room access. Related views may display tournament, entrant, standings, bracket, scheduling, and live match data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms
• You satisfy Discord's minimum age and account requirements
• Your use does not violate any applicable law, regulation, tournament rule, or Discord policy

If you use the Services on behalf of a server, team, community, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Server Owner and Organizer Responsibility

Server owners, administrators, and tournament organizers are responsible for:

• Ensuring they have authority to install and use the Services
• Configuring permissions appropriately
• Informing participants that the Services may process tournament, scheduling, and operational data
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and community expectations
• Verifying the accuracy of event data they submit or publish through the Services

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, data, or systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, exploit, or resell the Services except as allowed by law
• Submit false entrant, standings, scheduling, or match data
• Use the Services to harass, impersonate, threaten, or dox others
• Upload or distribute malware, spam, or malicious commands
• Use the Services to facilitate cheating, match manipulation, or tournament fraud

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Content and Data Submitted by Users

You retain any rights you may have in content or information you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

You represent that you have the right to submit any information you provide and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Accuracy and Operational Decisions

The Services are tools for tournament and match operations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all brackets, standings, match assignments, times, statuses, links, or displays will always be complete, accurate, or available.

Final tournament rulings, moderation actions, seeding decisions, standings corrections, broadcast selections, and scheduling decisions remain with the relevant organizers or administrators unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services may depend on Discord and may surface third-party links or integrations, including broadcast links and race-room links. Those services are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or performance. The Lightbringer-related interfaces shown in your materials explicitly include broadcast and race-room links as part of live and scheduled match workflows.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, logos, functionality, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to Whaley Computer Repair LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services.

11. Availability and Support

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any support provided is offered at our discretion unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or security risk
• Your use creates legal exposure or operational harm
• Discord access, API access, or related integrations are limited or revoked
• We discontinue the Services

You may stop using the Services at any time by removing the Bots or ceasing interaction with them.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA LOSS, SCHEDULING ERROR, OR TOURNAMENT DISPUTE WILL BE PREVENTED.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHALEY COMPUTER REPAIR LLC AND ITS OWNERS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whaley Computer Repair LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submitted content or data
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any dispute involving a tournament, participant, team, scheduling action, or moderation action tied to your use

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Garland County, Arkansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
